Spags, Watkins, Honey Badger were all good moves however this is being outweighed by the atrocious moves he’s making on the flip side.
Again we are winning and contenders because of what Dorsey did. Veach has shown us nothing that he can be trusted to build this team into a SB champion, and trading your best defensive player and only remaining even good edge pass rusher and signing Hitchens and Okafor to these reerun deals is absolutely not a great way to gain that trust.

Veach hired spags and he's trying to transition the defense as quickly as possible without hurting our ability to pay mahomes a few years from now. We're not going to completely change our D with a few super expensive superstars. Almost every single contract we can get out of by 2021-2022. We will get probably 6 players for the price of our expensive 3 (technically 2 since berry barely counts anymore) and they're all on contracts that are really easy to get out of.
We didn't bring in guys like okafur and Damien Wilson to be the answer on defense. If we're still paying these guys 3 years from now it's either because they're playing well or because we failed to draft a replacement. If veach does his job well the next few years, few of these guys will even be on our payroll.
