Any Plumbers in the house?
Question for you. I'm replacing 2 toilets in my condo and both have broken flanges where you bolt the toilet into. Do I need to replace these flanges or can I just seal the toilet really good so it won't move?

I wouldn't worry about it but it's on the top floor and I don't want it to leak down onto the unit below me.
