I have no problem saying I was wrong about Albert Wilson and wish him the best, especially since Sammy Watkins is a huge upgrade. Wilson was a gamer in my opinion, though. In his first year Albert Wilson fully earned every comment about being soft, gutless, alligator armed you name it. As he grew as a professional over the following years, it was very hard to overcome that initial perception. Hence the, "Is Albert Wilson Good?" threads that popped up.
The last couple of years, he was a solid, albeit limited professional, valuable to his team. He had a knack for finding openings on busted plays. He just could not track a ball down field to save his life as Paylor observed.
Wilson is replaceable and Watkins is clearly an upgrade. But I definitely came to appreciate his skills and drive. Hope he continues to have a solid career.
