I do enjoy Marco's every now and then. Closest one to me is 20 minutes away, so it's usually a dine-in for us. And they don't skimp on cheese. I also like that their ordering system includes a way to order it "well done."

I also miss Mazzio's. Was one of the only places left that did Canadian bacon instead of ham (**** ham).
