My wife loves sloppy joes and I just don't care for them in general. I'll tell her we will have it and put it off for weeks until I'm forced to. But I think that's because I grew up eating a ton of Manwich and that stuff sucks.
Making your own sloppy joe mix is very easy and tasty and I don't know why I just don't do it more often instead of thinking of that canned crap. The baby was all about it and he isn't keen on ground beef so I figure I'll start making my own more often.
Sloppy joes and tater tots. Easy is best on Monday nights.
