No. I doubt Gilbert gives a **** about appeasing LeBron anymore now that everybody knows he's leaving next year. But they absolutely appeased him the past 3 years. How else do you explain these contracts? How do you explain Blatt/Lue? How do you explain them trading their first overall pick for Love?
