In other news, the ex is really struggling with the breakup. She texted me a lot of shit tonight about how much she misses me. I feel like she needs some kind of help that her regular therapist can't handle. Any suggestions? It's hard knowing she's suffering but I know I shouldn't reply to her either. I talked her down a bit tonight and told her not to contact me again.
