I just refuse to buy the doom and gloom if Kansas City doesn't sell. That doesn't automatically mean another huge wandering in the wilderness.
Duffy, Perez, Kennedy, Hammel, Merrifield, Cuthbert, Strahm, Alexander, Karns is not a bad core. This team isn't returning to losing 100 games. There are good players to build around - and if one of Soler/Mondesi turns into the star they have the talent to be, it also transforms the look.
