I like "country style" or "Southern" green beans, which is when you cook the shit out of them with bacon, onion, and stock until they get really tender. On the stovetop, you'd usually simmer 60-90 minutes according to the recipes I've seen. I did it in the pressure cooker for about 20 minutes. Turned out great!
I added a few smashed garlic cloves and used some of my homemade bacon, because that's what I had.
