Reid took Kevin Kolb at the top of the 2nd round when he still had Mcnabb at age 31 as his starter. It didn't turn out very well for his team as Kolb never developed into a starting caliber player and, therefore, the pick was wasted.
They could do it again, sure, but I'd rather it be a mid-late rounder since the team isn't currently desperate for a change in culture/success like disastrous franchises are (Browns, Rams, Jags, etc).
