Doug Pederson cuts his son from the team
Days old and probably a repost, but whatever.
And yeah, the son is back on the practice squad now. Still, though. Would you be able to cut your son from the team like that if you were a head coach? https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/...-josh-pederson |
Peterson can’t win. If the kid had made the team there’d by nepotism complaints.

The jags also cut TE Gerrit Prince.
https://draftscout.com/dsprofile.php...DraftYear=2022 A guy KC showed interest in a year ago as a draft prospect. Now he’s on the Chiefs ps as of yesterday. An Doug’s boy spent part of last off season with KC but was cut before otas I believe |

The official list does not include the name of head coach Doug Pederson’s son, Josh. But the tight end, who was waived Tuesday, will return on the team’s practice squad, Tom Pelissero of NFL Media reports. |

Good for him. Something Kirk Ferentz should have did years ago.

the NFL ain't youth football where the dad is the coach and the son starts even though he sucks. The kid can easily get a coaching position as soon as he realizes he can't play in the NFL though.

Awkward Thanksgiving dinner....

Doug won't be getting nookie anytime soon

“And when I hung up the phone it occurred to me, my son was just like me, my boy sucked just like me…. And the cats in the cradle and the silver spoon…”
|
Hey Josh, you Dad wants to talk to you. Oh, bring your playbook.
