Could be a great hire, but anytime you hire a defensive minded HC, it puts a lot of pressure on finding an OC.

And if that OC is any good, you’ll be looking for a new one in 2-3 years.

Hire old guys who have been around the block. They’ll usually be competent and will rarely get head coach offers

Saleh had an unfair advantage in the job search since his team didn't make the playoffs.

A team with a major issue at QB decided that a defensive head coach was the way to go? The O.C. had better be a damned good one.
