You call that bitching? Stating a fact? My gripe isn't about xur, its about most of the "rewards" in the game give you under leveled items. Completely opposite of what the predecessor did.

I'll be getting this for PC, it will all be fresh for me. Never played it before, until then It's Fortnite and Warframe. :P
