The #Chiefs are signing RB Damien Williams, per agent @iangreengross. He gets 1-year for $1.5M. He’s coming off shoulder surgery and will miss most of the offseason. Should be available for training camp, the team hopes.

Say good bye to Charcandrick West don't want to pay a 3rd RB 2 mill.

It'll be this guy and probably a draft pick/UDFA competing for that last spot.

Guessing thats not good for West. Can't imagine they'd bring in an injury guy to replace or for insurance of Ware if he's hurt too.

West was more like a 4.5 RB that guy sucked

He’s only half a mil cheaper than West, I’m a West fan because of his blocking and receiving. Maybe there is more to his injuries than have been let on.

Averages like 3 something a carry coming off a shoulder injury.

Maybe they think Williams is a better special teamer? that stuff matters for that spot.

He's really good catching it out of the backfield. I'd imagine thats what they're bringing him in for.
