I think we're in BETTER shape than we were at the end of the 2018 season.

I really do. I think the bus is in the shop for some new tires and a paintjob touch-up and I'll be rolling it back out in September. Feel free to hop on board!

In that offseason, we had to scrap a terrible defense, including dismantling "sack nation" which somehow led the league in sacks but couldn't stop anyone. We had to get a new coordinator, new coaches, find someone to take Dee Ford, and Houston, and cut Berry, and get basically a whole new defense in place.

After we cut Clark and Hitchens, pay one of the younger FA stud safeties coming on the market instead of an aging Mathieu, extend Hill, etc.-we should be in decent shape to grab a couple of consistent, dependable vets to pair with some draftees and youngsters on the D-line.

We need some explosiveness at RB and WR2, could use some competition at RT.

Otherwise the offense is pretty well set.

We're in good shape.

In 2018, there were so many unknown unknowns. This team knows a lot more now than it did then.

We're going to be fine. We'll be right back in the hunt in 2022!

Rejoice everyone.

Sorensen and Niemann are no longer under contract and shouldn’t, fingers crossed, be coming back.

will spags still be around?

Nah

We may be in better shape but so are Buffalo and Cincinnati.

Did you expect it to be a cake walk every season?

Chiefs are set to have $70 million in cap room after cuts and restructures.

Cincy should have $55 mil, Buffalo almost none.

Chiefs are in great shape.

No, but I want opponents like the 2019 Texans/Titans any day.

With Andy still being the coach we are not in better shape. As long as his stubborn ass can't adjust to a defense in the second half we are not in better shape. As long as he puts every game on Pat's arm alone we are not in better shape.

It’s going to be epic.

A splash is coming. Not sure who, but Veach will slap his nuts on the drum set that is the NFL.

Buckle up or get the **** off the bus. Chris Meck is driving this bitch to the Super Bowl.

Gotta pay the toll if you want to **** the troll.

Money wise? Yes.

Mentally? No ****ing way.

I'd rather they go young in most spots and see how it works out. That could describe 2021 somewhat. Toupees and Viagra not the way

It's funny to scroll past articles talking about how much of a problem Patrick's cap hit is going to be next year. It's like people haven't looked at the cap increase let alone the massive contracts we're about to shed.

We should be in the hunt again next year. That's all we can really hope for.

Not feeling great about next season with a brutal schedule. Veach and Andy have their work cut out for them.

I think this roster needs an infusion of DOGS. Honey vadger seemed like he went soft, the dline didnt seem to have the fire, and the offense just feels like its waiting for mahomes to pull off a miracle a lot of the time. I think were in a good posistion going forward. I think in FA we make a weapon splash with a wr, i think the draft will go defense early and often.
