Annoying Neighbors...
 

People behind us put up a new privacy fence and faced the unfinished side to all the neighbors.

They had a fence company install it. You would think the fence company would be aware that it is a code violation to face the unfinished side to neighbors.

If they had installed correctly there would not not be a 5" gap that I now have to fill between the new fence and our adjoining fence so our dog can't get out.

In my neighborhood, if you put up a fence, it has to be what is called "a good neighbor fence". Both sides of the fence are identical.

I was expecting something more annoying than looking at the backside of a fence.

They have one side of yard the fence was put up correctly. hopefully they complain to the installer since it is going to look bad from their back porch with 1 side finish is out and 3 sides the finish is inside. Looks like total ass.

Like a profanity-laced dispute over rhubarb, perhaps?

Brand new 6ft privacy fence where there was a 3ft picket fence. Since it is a new visual it adds to the annoyance.

What sane person grows rhubarb?

If it indeed is a code violation, why don't you report it?

And rhubarb is public domain in these parts (at least I view it that way. But my asparagus isn't)
