Nice old 4-6-4 Hudson.
Very few Hudsons escaped the scrapers torch, let alone still running. State of Iowa has an old Burlington & Quincy Hudson sitting in a park.
High speed passenger locomotives. Made famous by the NY Central and it's 4-6-4 Loco and passenger trains the 20th Century Limited and the Empire State Exspress with its all aluminum stream lined boiler jacket designed by NY artist Dryfuss.

State of Iowa also has the last steam locomotive built by China.
Iowa state transportation something or other, wanted a brand new steam locomotive.. China built one more just for Iowa then closed the plant forever.

Being at the front of the line on Saturday night is cool too
