I like this hire.

He has a proven track record of improving defenses and I think our personnel is better suited at 4-3 anyway. I think Tanoh can really be a productive player now.

We have some cap room and 3 picks in the first 2 rounds. Great opportunity to improve this offseason.

I hope we switch to the 4-3....just so I can read Bleeding Red bitch about it every step of the way.
