He’s better than Sutton. I have no doubt about that.

You can put Houston at DE. I also think it's easier to draft and find players for a 43 than a 34. |

Switching to a 4-3 does next to nothing to limit the DEs. All it will do is take pass coverage out of the equation for guys like Speaks, Houston, Kpass... guys who don’t belong in coverage. |

From Steve Spagnoulo's Wikipedia page:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Steve_Spagnuolo Coaching philosophy Spagnuolo learned under Philadelphia coach Jim Johnson, and shares the same aggressive, blitz-heavy approach as his mentor. (He did not incorporate this philosophy during his time in New Orleans however). Spagnuolo uses a 4–3 base defense with a heavy emphasis on multiple blitz packages, including corner and safety blitzes. While defensive coordinator of the New York Giants, he often used a smaller defensive line, with three or even four defensive ends to further pressure the quarterback. This philosophy proved successful, with the Giants leading the NFL in sacks in 2007. In Super Bowl XLII, Spagnuolo's defense sacked Tom Brady five times, which was the most he had been sacked in any game that season. |
Gotta feel for the guy...
Takes DC job then suddenly gets thrown into an interim HC role and has to damage control bountygate. Takes DC job with the giants then deals with one of the most incompetent locker room managers in the game. Possible the guy has just had some really bad breaks. |

I don't know that it's going to be as big of a change as you're making it out to be. |

So you are taking 2 of our 3 best pass rushers and putting question marks next to them. |
It definitely makes Speaks and Kpass more of an option than at 34 OLB.
