So that little muscle at the bottom of your bootie only gets exercised with targeted movement. That little muscle is what makes booties perky. Hold the rest of the bootie up. And it only really gets worked with squats.

Which of course helps other more important things. But the perky bootie is as good a calling card as the stripper bump.
