I drink a lot less than I did even a year ago. Once I get through some bottles, I plan to only have PPLD picks after that as far as bourbon goes. Those guys know their shit. Best liquor store in the entire state.

EC is good try the Evan William's single barrel I think its damn smooth

Dem Phase Three pastry beers are amazing.

Elijah Craig barrel proof is amazing stuff. There is certainly some batch variation but it's not major. One or two teaspoons of water will really open it up nicely.

I'll look for both. If it wasn't for the smoothness of Elijah Craig, I doubt I would have gotten into it beyond the occasional Old Fashioned.

Mango Habanaro whiskey is a nice change of pace
