Tom Hanks as Fred Rogers

Even as a little kid I hated that ****ing show. Is this a movie? Put me down as a no.

When I was a little kid in Macon we had channels 3, 7 and 10, and 3 only on good weather days. PBS wasn't one of them, so I never watched Mr. Rogers.

Saw his show as a kid. Seems like a great person. I'll probably rent it

He was such a calming, Grandpa-like presence when I watched as a kid... a truly lovely man

Tom Hanks will probably be really good in this movie.

Just from the trailer I would have to say I was disappointed. He looks and sounds nothing like Fred Rodgers. Didn’t really nail the mannerisms either.

I love Hanks, but think he’s miscast here.

If he wasnt such a whack job Jim Carrey would have been better for this role.

I agree. I wasn't buying it at all. Maybe you just have to get used to it as the movie goes along.

should've have Rami Malek do it.

That just makes me like Captain Kangaroo even more
