Happy to be here. I don't know if I survive the Pioli era without this place and the 2015 World Series and Super Bowl 54 would not have been the same without y'all. It still boggles my mind I found this place when I was 14. I’m now expecting a child of my own and am appreciating that I’ve spent almost half of my life here now.

I knew some of you from the Star board but didn't register here till much later. Didn't know where everyone went.

I lurked around this site way back in 2005 but never bothered to register. It was much harder back then to stream Chiefs games online. I find a lot of the members here very insightful and passionate.

Need to stop with movies are so many years old . I was 15 when YG II came out.

Also too much CGI in movies. They can CGI John Goodman and make it believable but he's still dead it can't be that realistic. RIP John Goodman. Let him rest Hollywood let him rest in peace.

Wow, that is awesome. I wish I would have found it a few years sooner so I could have been along for the whole ride. I found this place and registered in 2003.

I could have sworn I was a day one register. Looking at the list, minus Kyle there were only three who joined on the 17th. A handful of us on the 18th, a few on the 19th and so on. I had forgotten just what a trickle it was in getting people over here. Come to think of it, I signed up but, stayed at the Star board while peeking in over here for two or three days until I noticed all the cool people were making the move. Once I realized this was actually going to become a thing I made the transition.

Yeah, I thought it would all blow over at first. I was actually trying to play peacemaker (believe it or not). But after a couple of days it was clear that the rebels weren't coming back. And the rest is history.

I am so glad I found this place shortly after Rivals went high school sports only. Their Wild West board was a lot of fun but nothing like what this place has evolved into.

I remember on the Star board someone (perhaps Austin) put up a pick of a covered wagon welcoming people to jump aboard. He put little logo's or something on the wagon for those who responded. Put an AZ flag on there for me.

It's kinda weird in hindsight but I was pretty excited about that.

Well, ya know what they say, time flies when yur having fun.

And it all started because of politics!

I was deep into a ( new )daily job change and missed the the first 1.5 months due to not being able to monitor and post on the old Star BB. I missed the link to CP and one day I seen where all of my buddies were missing. It wasn't until Naptown Chief and hawaiianboy and I was chatting on the old Rivals board that I found the link to CP.

I suppose that's better than the other way around...

The Star board was epic.
