Convert The Audio of a YouTube Video to MP3?
 

So, I want to get a song on YouTube onto my iPhone. There doesn't seem to be any way to buy the damn thing. Therefore, I'm looking for other methods.

Any help would be appreciated.

I've tried a few already, and my Avast went bonkers. Is that legit?

I just tested the above and got an mp3 file output exactly like it should. It did give me a couple popups and asked me to disable my adblocker. Which I didn't. It worked fine.

Same thing for me. But I got it saved. Now, just have to figure out how to get it on my phone.

No, I saved it to the machine that I connect my phone to. I even got it into iTunes. I just can't get it from there to my damn phone.

Find your device in iTunes. Expand it and highlight Tones. Drag your mp3 file into iTunes.

Doesn't work. The song is now in my iTunes library, but I can't get it to my phone. I've tried everything. It stopped working months ago.

I did, thanks. Selected import. Found the MP3. Hit open. Looked like it did something, but no damn song on my iPhone.

Aha! In iTunes, under the Summary section of my iPhone, Manually manage my music was not selected. Selected it, and I could drag and drop it into my phone.
