I'm ready.. some good games today!

Everybody ready for this wild ass prediction?

Here it goes.

The Minnesota Timberwolves will make the playoffs this year.

I know, I know. But I've been watching Kevin Love and Beasley play together. Derrick Williams is really doing a fantastic job as well. Adelman will give these guys something they haven't had in the years under Rambis- coaching. QUALITY coaching. I think that's what they really really needed, and they'll get it.

Today's slate of games:

11:00 AM - Knicks at Celtics - TNT

1:30PM - Finals Rematch Heat at Dallas - ABC

4:00PM - Bulls at Lakers - ABC

7:00PM - Orlando at Oklahoma City - ESPN

9:30PM - Clippers at Golden State - ESPN

I'll watch the first 3 games. Switch to SNF at 8pm and then catch some of the Clippers later.

I don't think it is that wild. I watched the Timberwolves game in preseason and with Rubio and the 2 big men they are going to be a tough out. I definitely think they will be in the playoffs

WTF? Rondo hits both of his FT's

Every team has holes. The Knicks back court is below average. The Celtics are geriatric and although I like Brandon Bass they'll miss not having either Big Baby or Perkins.

They should shorten the NBA season.

Jermaine O'Neal is a waste of oxygen.

Not a good start for my Celtics except for Rondo

The Celtics have to pray that Rondo can consistently knock down that mid-range jumper.

It is really early but it looks like Rondo took all the criticism to heart and has worked on his FT's and jumpshot this off season.

So far he looks better in that aspect but the season will tell the story.

Despite an awful 12/20 from the FT line, Miami up 21 at half.

After watching NCAA so much, the talent level in the NBA is unreal.

Yeah...it's quite something to go from watching KU to watching these guys. It's amazing how ridiculously good they are.

Dallas is undoubtedly going to be inferior this season without Chandler. They just won't be anywhere near as good defensively.

Miami should finish with the best record in the East this season, not Chicago. But, of course, whether they win a championship will come down to LeBron's ability to perform in the clutch in the playoffs.

This game pretty much went as expected. It's gonna take Dallas some time to gel and even when they do they won't be what they were.

Miami is definitely the team that strikes fear in me this year.

That was definitely an up and down in the Lakers game. Horrible non call.

The foul on kobe a minute earlier was even worse. He didn't even touch him.

With that said, Lakers didn't deserve to win that game. Those last few minutes were ****ing awful.

Kobe's play has declined quite a bit he's not the best player anymore IMO. Still good no doubt but not like he used to be.
