The Chiefs tried to re-sign him this offseason but he chose his hometown of Pittsburgh instead.

I think Witzmann was brought in as OT depth. With Schwartz on IR we could be a Remmers injury from trouble. Remember Remmers had a little injury last game. Nothing big but it probably made Witz signing more needed as a precaution.

He's been dealing with a torn pectoral injury that happened on opening day.

Don't kid yourself sizzle kicked some ass for us down the stretch last year. It was a night and day difference against the run and some nice pressure also. In shape, I would take him in a heartbeat.

Anyway this is about o line depth sorry for the hijack. I am happy Wiz is back hope he is healthy.

Maybe Wis can play RG? Allegretti has been pretty good at LG. Would rather not move him.
