**** YEAH!!! Great pick! I’ve been banging the table for this guy and can’t believe he slipped this far. Huge value for balla ass GM Veach!
Just kidding. I don’t know shit about this guy. I just wanted in on the fun today. |

Veech really, really likes to give Spags DB's that can play all over the backfield.
|

I didn't think a guy with those measurements would last that long. I don't even know how we're going to sneak all these guys on the 53. May need to cut some of those one year deals we made in FA. Shouldn't be a problem. |

He is fast, and from what I have heard some commentators say, he is very smart as well. He has a great chance to be on practice squad, and decent chance to be a special teams standout. Sent from my GM1915 using Tapatalk |
I did Nazeeh this coming
|
Wow, its been a backfield draft by a mile... Veach cant seem to collect enough of them this year
So many of us have been begging for D line help, but the regime clearly see's our backfield as the true Achilles heel... I'm good with it, just gimme another solid vet DE in free agency Brett Various media "snap grade" consensus through our first 3 rounds was an A all around, and I see no point in arguing with it Veach flooded the second and third levels with talent Lets goooooo |

Whose position does this guy play? |
Go get your money Sneed.
|
Who's this piece of shit?
|
Feel like you should know
Quote:
Not sure what a free safety getting healthy has to do with Sneed |
This is the main reason I think Edwards is gone. We have Reid, Cook, Conner, and Nazeeh.
|
Quote:
Edwards had 57% of the snaps on defense this year. Or 621 snaps in total. To put this into perspective, that is 621 more snaps than Nazeeh Johnson has had on defense for the Chiefs ever. He has literally had ZERO snaps on defense. How the **** can you deduce that this guy is the main reason Edwards is gone? Lmao |
I think that this kid was the Chiefs insurance for Sneed. He is every bit as athletic as him. He's stronger and bigger but he is a couple inches shorter. Played safety and corner like Sneed too.
Sneed obviously increased his value 10 fold this year. If the Chiefs decide to trade or not pay him, then this kid would likely take his reps Remember he earned 1st team reps in camp and Spags had glowing reviews of him before he got hurt. |
Quote:
In the spring of 2022, the Kansas City Chiefs had a pick in the 7th round (259th overall) and they decided to select Nazeeh Johnson, who played defensive back for Marshall when he was in college. That's the player you didn't know about. Oftentimes, the draft is a large part of a team's personnel-building strategy. Even picks in the 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th are viewed as valuable assets that teams can use to find good players, so if you're a fan of your team and you want to keep tabs on how they're doing and where they'll be going in future seasons, you should familiarize yourself with the rundown of your favorite team's draft selections from that year. My favorite team is the Kansas City Chiefs, so I happened to know who Nazeeh Johnson was off the top of my head, because I knew his name from the list of draft picks the Chiefs made in the 2022 draft. Hope that helps! |
Draft nerds are ready to give this kid a 7 year work 3m per!
|
I'd be pretty surprised if the Chiefs thought this guy can play corner in place of Sneed with his 3-cone drill.

A quick google shows multiple articles saying “Chiefs CB Nazeeh Johnson injured”. So he has no bearing on Mike Edwards’s situation, possibly a little on the sneed situation.

Again - we have Reid, Cook, Conner, and Nazeeh. Reid, and 3 guys with great potential on rookie deals. I was 100% in favor of signing Mike Edwards, you can check the thread. I like Mike Edwards. We're not paying Mike Edwards. Somebody will, but it won't be the Kansas City Chiefs. |

It's ****ing crazy how good Veach is at identifying DB talent and how good the coaching staff is at developing that talent. Good CBs can cost quite a bit of money, so the way Veach is a master at drafting these guys allows us to go cheap year after year on a pretty expensive position. I don't think they let McDuffie walk, but that's because he might be the best CB in the league. |
