Chiefs Chairity Basketball Game

Did anyone else go?

The gym at Rockhurst University is a shithole. No A/C or fans it was hot as ****.

Our Lord and savior Pat Mahomes was there but didn't play. He was dunking and nailing 3 pointers in markups. Dudes an athlete.

Kelce played he was ok, Harris is almost as bad at basketball as he is football, Hunt looks unathletic couldn't dunk but looks like he's gotten stronger.

DAT was a coach and had a noticeable limp. Ware was a ref and also kinda had a limp.

Anyway it was for a good cause and a good time.

Those guys need to stay away from that shit. they could get hurt !

Thanks for sharing.

This is interesting offseason news. Who else played, and how did they look? Who was the best player on the court?

Think of the bright-side, it could have been held at that shithole Kauffman Stadium.

Kiimo 05-20-2018 10:46 AM

Bob Menery benched for being too drunk lmao

pugsnotdrugs19 05-20-2018 10:54 AM

I was there. Gym was way too ****ing hot.

Mahomes not playing was actually somewhat impressive to me. He clearly knows how valuable his role is to the team and didn’t want to jeapordize anything.

KCUnited 05-20-2018 10:54 AM

Did they run the Picket Fence to free up Sorenson for the final shot?

Rasputin 05-20-2018 01:24 PM

If only we still had Poe he could have been our point guard.

Spott 05-20-2018 01:40 PM

I had to take this news sitting down.

Poe used to play at 24 HR Fitness at Ward Parkway. Dude could ball.

I got a real kick out of little Bobby J last night. Guy gave me Kevin Hart vibes with how he reacted to every non-foul call being so much littler than everybody else.

Donators were on the edge of their seats.

Yeah who the hell was he and why was he wearing a ****ing hoodie in that hot was gym?

It was also funny seeing Connor Teahen and Juneman play. Your never guess they were basketball players let alone played at KU.

So what you are saying is they paid for the whole seat, but they only needed the edge?

I went to a Chiefs charity basketball game years ago. But this is the first time that I've heard about one since. But I assume that they do this from time to time. I would have enjoyed going to this one had I known about it beforehand. I don't see anything about any other ones planned for this year, but I will have to keep an eye out in the future. When I googled it, I found out that this one was put on by a couple of local radio stations and Tyreek Hills foundation. Maybe Hill will make it an annual thing.

No Reek? I bet he's got sick handles.

You know who was a really good basketball player? Joe Montana.

Titty Meat 05-20-2018 05:46 PM

Yeah Reek won the MVP. He's pretty damn good.

Ross Travis is also really good. He should play basketball instead of football.

Titty Meat 05-20-2018 05:46 PM

Also Marquette King played LMAO

I really thought Ross would be a good tight end. :(

It was pretty embarrassing when Drew Rosenhaus introduced him as ‘Travis Ross’...

Also, he seemed to think that Marquette King had signed with the Chiefs this offseason.

Harrison Butker was the best athlete on the floor. Dude can play above the rim.

He has some Sherron Collins to his game.

Did the proceeds go to some special spelling foundation?

It went to Hill's foundation, which helps kids from his hometown area to go to college.
