No offensive but that sounds awful. But I don't care for marshmallow anything.

ROFL

I'm just glad someone finally posted a pic. :harumph:

And I'm glad to see you're stuck with this, since you've assumed the resident grill master role.

I'm a former Catholic, but I may go back (for at least a short while) to attend confession for eating this shit, try to buy a pardon for eating this shit, and to have this shit in my gullet exorcised!

The power of Christ compels me.....the power of Christ compels me.....the reality is Christ is laughing at me!!

I don't count calories and usually eat what I like, within reason. Usually try to keep the bad meals to the weekend but don't feel like cooking tonight. I intermittent fast every day meaning I don't take in any calories until noon on the days I lift and don't eat until 2-4 pm on days I don't workout. Shortening my calorie window usually has me eating around or below maintenance calories since it really only gives me time for like one big meal and a bunch of smaller portions of what else I like to eat during the night, so my weight doesn't shift much. I lift hard 3-4 times per week with heavy deads, squats, bench and presses. Lifting like you mean it burns way more calories than people realize and allows me lots of variance in my diet without getting fat. Most people simply don't workout hard enough for them to have that variance.

I definitely don't - I get big easy - I really don't want to sprout much - just stay tight. I'm firming up nicely - but I'll be honest - I work out 35 mins per time. However I do that for 6 days - I keep it realistic and stick to it. I keep thinking when I hire another person for our company, that I'll actually intensify - but so far I enjoy what I HAVE accomplished - Nothing like you other pro's - but pretty darn good for me, I guess. :)

Have you thought about posting that shirtless pic you posted on here on match.com? That's a body that shouldn't be hiding.
