Expect Kraft's attorneys to file a motion to dismiss based on lack of evidence, probably tomorrow. The state can either dismiss charges, appeal the decision or take it to court. But so far they haven't cited any evidence other than the video surveillance.

"Lack of evidence"....TMZ and the internet should have fun with this recording that CLEARLY proves his innocence.

It wasn’t immediately clear if State Attorney Dave Aronberg’s office would appeal Hanser’s ruling, continue prosecuting the case against Kraft without the footage, or drop the charges.

Well arm chair DA's what would you do if you wanted to aspire to Attorney General or better yet Governor????
