Thanks for derailing a Mahomes thread guys.

You realize this thread is about Mahomes? Take that Alex shit to the RR in one of those million wasted space threads. |

Smith doesn't make the throws at 0:22, 0:45, or 0:58. Not a chance. That's Mahomes just making plays with his arm and moxie. |

Yes waiting on the wife so... catching up on the mahomes updates and gifs. Heading to snorkel the lava fields this morning. |

Alex often struggles to find receivers if things don't go right immediately Mahomes excels in chaos. He's no robot. Mahomes can attack a defense at any level at all times of the game. Doesn't run from clean pocket, in fact he doesn't even run when he has defenders in his face. Who cares if he threw short passes? Alex missing on short throws is part of the reason we went 1-6. Distance doesn't matter...finding the open receiver, no matter the pressure or defensive scheme, is important. That what I like about Mahomes. He finds the open receivers and doesn't run from a clean pocket |

I think I would rather be a hypocrite than a cry baby in every ****ing thread you don’t agree with. Jesus man you whine continuously to anyone that doesn’t like Alex smith. Go to the RR and beat off your buddies over there. |

Every damn thread gets derailed with Smith talk. Every single one of them. Can we not keep it out of this one from here on out? |

Wilson had a nice catch against Chris Harris (the 3rd and long play where Mahomes shook off the blitzed and fired a bullet flat-footed). Credit Mahomes for taking adavantage of the mismatch, constantly. We have been on the other end of those mismatches time and time again |

Whatever... not gonna continue to debate this in the Mahomes thread. It's his team in 2018. I'll leave it at that.

We finally got a great QB. Enjoy yourself. |

He wows with limited playing. I can’t wait to watch him next season as a starter. Add in a new draft, sprinkle some FA and Chiefs future is very bright. Cheers to a great 2018! |
He wasn't "running to his right", he was running vertically away from the pressure and the receiver and STILL made the throw on the money. That is rare talent and arm strength on display there.

Yes out past the resorts there’s a good spot the locals like to go. Last day here so we’re gonna get in as much as we can before the OU game. |

Yeah it’s was impressive arm strength but a better throw and it’s a td.
I was most impressed with his pocket presence. Kept his eyes up and moved around to throw. Fun to see |

There is a saying that some QB's can make their receivers look better than they really are. |

Anyone claiming Mahomes didn't make Wilson better didn't watch the game. Hell, half the throws to Wilson Smith never even attempts. |

What I love about that throw is that he had a man open short of the sticks and didn't even bother with that shit.

LMAO look at this ****ing mess. How did he find an open guy in all that at full speed?

....he did the same thing in the preseason...play breaks down as a WR, you HAVE to either come back or create separation for your QB. |

That play should be a ****ing viagra commercial.

It’s no biggie. I wouldn’t expect that to be completed given the pressure and, I think, offsides on the defense. Just saying, I’m not gonna suck his cock for that throw. Is 40 yards off your back foot really all that impressive for an NFL QB? |

This play isn't as bad as it was at first glance. Ball is a couple inches higher it might be caught.

How many opportunities for completions are going to present themselves to this guy because he can throw it with zip and accuracy WITHOUT his feet being set? :hmmm: |

It’s amazing when you give your WRs an opportunity to make a play. We haven’t see this is decades. Unbelievable |

That throw to Harris was the only play that I really didn't like at all. Given the circumstances (1st and 10, approaching FG range), that throw was not necessary at all.
I suspect he will learn from it. |

How many of the catches that Wilson made yesterday would he have ever had thrown to him if Kelce and Hill are playing?? |

I’m all for throwing jump balls to give guys a chance to make a play but late and in that situation not so much

He also needs to practice setting his feet more often. Comes with experience. |
