The Chiefs organization does not want a person like Jalen Ramsey. See Marcus Peters.

We also play zone defense now with Spags.
Peters couldn’t hold Ramsey’s jock strap. Kelce was a wild buck until recently, I dont think the Chiefs particularly care about that. Ramsey’s definitely kind of a dick but he’s not AB or anything.

Again see Marcus Peters and how that went for him on this team. That should be everyones starting point.
