Guys, just taking out the flow restrictor will turn even the cheapest shower head into a "high pressure" head. Unless it has a mechanical pump built into the head, you'll never get more pressure that what comes into your house from the well/city supply.

I drilled out the orifice in the shower head that complies with the water restriction requirements in some areas. Now my wife enjoys so much she hates going on vacation in dry regions. Muscle memory, as the body is very disappointed when the fire hose doesn't hit her back.

Got these recently for the gym and hiking about two months ago. The $30/pair ones. so far they work well, the fidelity isn't quite as good as my Airpod Pros, but that's fine for my purposes. They don't fall out of my ears when I'm lifting, waterproof, so light I forget I'm wearing them, very comfortable even after a couple hours of continuous wearing, and fairly sturdy, considering.

Total operation time isn't as long as my other earbuds, but still more than 3 hours, so good enough. Twice they didn't work correctly when trying to answer phonecalls, but the other half-dozen or so times they did.

Another thing I bought them for was to be able to hear people without having to take an earbud out of my ear, and that's worked exactly as I hoped.

Haven't actually tried swimming with them, but I don't foresee actually wanting to do that. But I did accidentally wear them in the shower a couple weeks ago, and that didn't bother them at all.

Overall, I'd give them 4 out of 5 stars.

Or, mix vinegar out of your cupboard with water. Then soak it in cider.

Been having foot issues, directed to a specialty shoe store.

They fitted me with Hokas, and I love them. I have an in step and the base on these things not only help correct that, but the walk is is amazing. Would recommend.

And be sure to get your foot size measured. I've always bought 11.5, that's all I have worn as an adult. He measured me to be a 13, this also is because of my current issues. I was amazed. He said as you get older, not only do your feet flatten out making them longer, so do your toes.

Anyway, YYMV, but I am extremely happy with them.

Speaking of bikes, if someone doesn't want to go the electric route, I highly recommend a belt drive bike with an internal gear hub. They are so smooth and quiet and shifting is a whole different experience. With the internal gear hub, you can shift gears even while you are stopped.

This is the bike I got: https://www.marinbikes.com/bikes/2023-presidio-3

My CPAP pillow I bought a month or so ago has been great. It keeps my mask free from being knocked off and best part, my neck pain I had from bad posture is gone after months since the pillow is perfect height for posture alignment.
