Yeah I was thinking that. CBS can't move that and the Masters and the tour itself wouldn't do it at this stage.

Not that they would, but they moved it last year just fine.

"Honestly, it's probably something we should talk about as a committee," he said.

I also loved this part of that article. LMAO

We could really be looking at KU not going to the NCAA Tournament for 4 years in a row once it's said and done.

Disaster.

Well, with how incompetently the NCAA handled this year’s tournament I confess I’m feeling a tad more hopeful about how successful they’ll be at instituting long term bans for our program.

But it does still feel like the hammer is a comin’

Kiimo 03-12-2021 04:19 PM

Why didn't they just vaccinate all the teams?

There has to be 20 anti-vacc idiot Missouri fans out there who would give up their vaccine.

Just tell them hey you wanna sabotage KU by giving them autism or whatever?

Boom there you go

Would be so sweet to see depleted teams being led by retreads like Mitch Lightfoot to the Final Four

I look forward to Lightfoot leading us past Colgate on Saturday.

Self says they're flying out on Monday (assuming I guess that they have the requisite number of players to play), but this appears to be confirmation that McCormack and Enaruna did test positive. There are also rumors that the 3rd was Wilson.

Such a deflating feeling. Not as bad as last year, but still sucks.

I do wonder though. If a depleted team can make it out of the first weekend, then that second weekend is going to be pretty exciting. Gotta think the players will be motivated for that one.

Chief Pagan 03-12-2021 05:11 PM

So if KU is a three seed and the seeding holds up, they would have to beat a 14 and then a 6, without Wilson and McCormack?

Hhmmm.

Chief Pagan 03-12-2021 05:15 PM

Or maybe I should say meh.

Hhmmm.

The real question is if it spread to multiple starters during the Oklahoma game.

Worded badly? My lord, what an idiot.

If this is worded badly, my bad. David n Enaruna in Lawrence are currently out via COVID-19 protocols. That's all KU has said. Looks like Bedore let slip something he wasn't supposed to.
