Even as a Cubs fan that is hilarious LMAO

There is a substantial excerpt on The Ringer from a book about the Astros' development system and how their methods, initiated and delegated by Luhnow, of course, have totally lapped most of MLB.

Makes you hate Mozeliak even more.

Yeah I played hookey from work yesterday, but I’m going to work today talking Cardinals and Blues:). Petty Chicago sports radio was talking white sox instead Cubs(which they NEVER do). The only thing they said about the Cards series is that we were being silly about the KB thing. I gotta try and get this tweet to our local sports radio:)

According to the Braves announcers the Cubs are signing Kimbrell to a multi year deal.

Hope his ****ing arm falls off. 4321

That seems quite steep at this stage of his career.

Cause and effect or just happenstance?

Mo I’m there, not yet on Schildt. But, we were sold that he was going to be a different manager. Was going to use stats, the new baseball information to help make decisions.

Instead we just get the same lineups, players have to fail for weeks before any change. Pitching Waino was inexcusable. Carp staying at the top of the lineup batting .200 for 33% of the games. Running Wacha out there.

This stubborn Matheny BS that he has to trust his guys. :#

Hudson has actually been pitching pretty good for the last 4-5 games.

Absolutely.

We need to continue to whip up on the Cubs this weekend or you can just fold the tent.

BigRedChief 06-07-2019 09:39 AM

Mo?
