I think he is. He's listed as 5'8" 155Lbs. He's not very "big", he's just shredded AF and it makes him appear larger than he really is.

But he does kinda look like he's about 40 years old there, and he's actually 33.

Pretty sure he’s natty dude. HGH, yeah he’s on that good kush, but steroids? Nah he’s pretty natty.

And start watching REAL people like I do. Christian Guzman and Maxx Chewning. Real people with real advice.

And the Athlean X guy if you want more serious advice. I just enjoy Maxx and Christian. Been watching them since 2013/14

Just getting over a bout of runner's knee because I was an idiot and thought I'd increase my mileage slowly. I ran a half marathon and I ****ing regret it.

**** these dumb, miserable distance runners. Guess what, with a little bit of training, distance running is really ****ing easy if you go slow enough. So shove your 26.2 stickers straight up Marcellus's ass. So no, I'm not talking about the people who run marathons at my 800m pace, but the 9-12 minute milers. **** you!

My fitness is suffering right now, so I'm trying to concentrate on shedding some pounds. Running just 5-10 miles per week with mostly short interval repeats. Usually just powering through the first couple til the outside of my knee is stable again.

On the plus side my mile is firmly sub-6

Sometimes it's just a by-product of the act of running. If you haven't already; try to stretch that muscle by pulling your heel into your buttocks by grappling your toe and pulling into your butt. I used to run 4 miles daily for a couple of years and this always helped out.

Thanks. I think it's mostly over with. I would hope so, it's been over 6 weeks, but yeah I should probably be more mindful of my stretching routine.

For Fury to shed seven stone, nutritionist Greg Marriott was responsible for designing a ketosis diet, consisting of high amount of fat, moderate protein and low carbohydrate.

Davison planned two sessions a day between Monday and Friday, with one on a Saturday. Crucially, work was not only about making the big man sweat but on nourishing an active mind.

"In sparring, I might say to him you're only allowed to counter-punch with two shots or you're only allowed to use your left hand," says Davison.

"It keeps him switched on with a target in mind and that's how you get the best out of Tyson.

"I worked with Billy Joe Saunders for four or five years. They are similar characters. You have to alleviate boredom."
