Should it just be ignored?

According to a Stillwater Police Department arrest report, his girlfriend at the time, Crystal Espinal, showed up in an emergency room with cuts and bruises on her face and neck. (The officer who filed the report noted that her lip was busted, that she was wincing with pain and that the mark under her eye was turning purple as she spoke.) Espinal, who was eight weeks pregnant at the time, said Hill had grabbed her neck with his hands, pinned her against the wall and then thrown her to the ground like a "rag doll." She told an officer that Hill had picked her up by her hair and put her in a headlock. After Espinal had screamed "I can't breathe" several times, she alleged, he released her, then sat on top of her, punching her in the stomach.

It's not ignored. It's very, very well documented. It's been written about ad nauseum.

Everyone in KC knows about it. Most people who've tuned into a nationally televised Chiefs game knows about it. SI, ESPN, NFLN, Profootball talk, USA Today and countless blogs and forums have all written about it.

No shit I was thinking that too. Please attempt this, please.

You want to know what the cool thing about that will be? Send Hill on a go route with Shazier in man to man with help over the top on Hill and let Kelce rip their guts out on the underneath crosser. When the Steelers get sick of that shit and drop Shazier down on Kelce, hit them with Hill on a nice little wheel route out of the backfield with Harrison trying to cover him.

The thing that strikes me about Hill.....is that he always looks excited to touch the ball. It's almost like he's a kid who just started playing football and is elated every time he gets a chance to carry it.

You always hear about how people clench up in anticipation when such-and-such player touches the ball. Tyreek is definitely that guy. And I love hi enthusiasm. He was going nuts on the sideline in San Diego after a big defensive play. Kid loves the game.

Outside of Chiefs circles it wasn't a big story to Joe casual NFL fan. They made it to #2 seed, now you get national news so now they write big articles. You know how it works.

I genuinely feel bad for the guy. The mistake he made was horrendous but for espn to run a story on it on the front page this week is sickening.

He's the real victim here right?

Want to know the best way not to have your name in articles about beating pregnant women?

Aqib Talib is going to be upset that you didn't think of him first. Probably.

I had no idea until I read the story that he repeatedly punched his PREGNANT girlfriend in the stomach as part of the assault.

Stay classy Chiefs...

So is he just going to be shamed for the rest of his career? I'm legitimately curious what more could be done on his part to help complete strangers move on from a situation that both him and the victim have.

Has the victim moved on? I've read here that he's back with his baby mama, but i don't recall ever reading a publication that states that.

He's a pretty big piece of shit, period. You do something like this you deserve for it to follow you around.
