Not sure why Self decided to start Thompson in the 2nd half over Harris. Back down to 12 as they repeatedly target him defensively.

9 points now.

Overall good win without McCormack. This should pretty much guarantee they're a 3 seed.

Sounds like l missed a crazy game? Up 20 at the half to only get it down to single digits?

:shake:

We dominated the first half, good defense and efficient scoring and they missed about 600 shots. Then things evened out a bit in the second half so it came back to middle ground. Ochai went off in the second half to save our bacon and Mitch played a very nice game.

Harris needs to play 30 min due to his ability to get steals alone. Whats an avg possession worth? 1.3 points or something? If Harris gives you 2 steals more per game than Braun or Thompson that's worth at least 2.6 ppg and probably more than that as they often lead to fast breaks.

Im ready to hand the keys to Harris as our PG for the next 3 yrs. We just need to find scorers.

He can also dribble which most of this team can’t really do.

UT now tomorrow in a game KU should be quite motivated for.

Maybe because the kid needs live action time to learn and get better?

We were only up 20 at half.

And Harris doesn't? The kid is clearly the PG of the future and he was absolutely balling in that first half. Play him.

It's silly to be holding these tournaments a week before. KU is risking a lot in these next few days.

UVA is out of the ACC now. We'll see if they're able to play in the NCAAs. Why would they not have separated these things out more this year?

It will be a miracle if this stupidity doesn't compromise some portion of the tournament.

If they needed to have the conference tournaments, they should have played them a week or two earlier.

I can see the tourney being a mess this year.
