The Chiefs should be getting that salary cap relief with the Sneed trade transaction becoming official any time now... that should spur some additional signings.

That would be surprising to me if you're not paying Sneed even for 1 yr on the tag. I know there was something said about Howard being willing to play for less but I would be surprised if he was cheap enough the team would be interested...
