If he plays in a wheelchair or is dead he is still an upgrade over Gaines and Acker.

Maybe he can help impart some helpful coaching to the current secondary. Maybe start with how to track the ball on deep routes. Leverage, reading the receiver, how to stay on your feet. Ok....pretty much everything.

Completely agree. Dion Sanders in his 50’s would still be better then Gaines.

Chiefs signed CB Darrelle Revis.

Revis had some in-season interest from the Chargers, but there hadn't been any updates on him since September. His signing is a splash move for a Chiefs secondary that's struggled opposite Marcus Peters. It's anyone guess how much Revis has left after missing the first three months and coming off a heavy decline in 2016. Revis played the first five years of his career with DC Bob Sutton, so he should be a strong scheme fit.

can someone please show me how he was so terrible last year? Was he terrible to Revis standards or was he overall terrible to Gaines standards

Revis had wrist problems as well as legal problems last year. His mind wasn’t right at the time and he couldn’t press because of his wrist. I believe that’s the reason for his bad play last year. Also the jets were a shit show last year no sense in playing all out.
