I don't have anything against JD, he's a good addition to the board. But, he's not a Chiefs fan and neither are you. To some that matters. You are a long time member in good standing. You have just as much right as any Chiefs fan on this board. You have earned that.

It's your money and there is no rules against it. That being said, to have a non-chiefs fan help elect another non-chiefs fan King of the N00bs might rub some the wrong way. That would make 2 out of the last 3 years that a non-Chief fans as King of the N00bs. But, I don't know who you are wanting to back to upset the apple cart
