For what it's worth, it sounds like Watts walked to the trainers tent before being taken in for more evaluation – which seems to indicate it wasn't a "carted off the field" type of injury.

But looking around, they need as many guys to be developed at OLb as they can get.

I doubt it.

Unless he just goes crazy and becomes a complete player. Which is probably not likely.

Even if he has a great year, I doubt he's resigned.

My only guess is that he was victimized trying to react to a Patrick Mahomes II no-look pass.

Doesn't surprise me.

I've been spending some time on /r/NFL and the amount of people picking the Chargers to win the division and Chiefs to place third and even fourth in the division is staggering.
