Walked like 60 miles last week. Came home Saturday night, admired my rippling abs, and pounded thin-crust pizza and cookies.

Should be down to like 175 in a month. Life is good. :)

You were already in good shape. Now all that walking means more BBQ!

Did upper workout tonight. Farmers walk and Sprints on the hill for the finisher. Beautiful evening.

My rotations are still going well and I hit another new low this morning (206.8 lbs).

I like to hike our mountains in the summer and I finally found a place near my home to train. There is an old pumphouse along the river that has a long metal stairway going down to it. There is a long hill going down to the stairs. I walk down the hill, go down and up the stairs three times, hike back up the hill through a little loop and repeat. I only did the loop five times yesterday before my legs were jello but it's a start. My fitbit said I did 41 flights of stairs and 49 minutes of exercise, so .

Dog wasn't too sure about getting left behind on the stairs.

l lost 80 lbs and now it appears I’m kind of stalled. Doing the same thing but the weight is not falling off like it was. I guess a plateau was inevitable. Going to start eating a lot more fresh green veggies and see if that breaks the logjam.

Higher intensity exercise is the answer.

What he said.

Start throwing some weight training in there to build muscle as well and double your gains.
