There is a reeruned stigma attached to Texas Tech’s offense. Jared Goff played in the same offense at California and went #1. I think anyone who drafts Allen will have a ton of work to do with him. He is more of a project than Mahomes.

Browns should draft Josh Allen No. 1, says one NFL exec, and Mel Kiper Jr. agrees

Josh Allen is not going to be a good NFL QB. I can't believe anyone would be pounding the table for that guy before round 3-4.

pugsnotdrugs19 01-18-2018 01:59 PM

If Dorsey does want Allen that damn badly, he has to trade for Alex and allow Allen to sit behind him for 2 years minimum IMHO. That's the only chance in hell that guy maybe pans out.

Teams are going to tilt hard out of dire need.

The Big Ben comparison looks questionable to me based on their college accuracy.

Kiper ain't taking none of your guff about Allen

So you’re pimping Baker Mayfield bc of his stats and now you’re rushing to defend Josh Allen bc we should look past the stats.

ROFL

You shouldn't completely dismiss Allen just because his completion % is 4 points lower than you'd like it to be. He's not throwing to wide open guys all the time like Mayfield and Mahomes.

I have watched the tape and he struggles on basic screen passes.

So you want us to make exceptions for Allen but not for Mahomes having a losing college record because his defense was the worst in CFB.

ROFL

Yeah. Wide open guys. Mahomes clearly can't throw to guys unless they're wide open.
