Before anyone read too much into Houston’s use of “hothead,” he attempted to clarify that he’d used the term as a way of describing how his new teammates had integrated themselves — not necessarily as a reference to any past dynamics.

“When you come to a new team, a guy will really be quiet and really not feel open to speaking. That’s what I mean by hothead,” Houston said. “When you come to a new team, some people will be shy and just don’t take to other guys. Every new guy we brought in, they’re all open. Some people just be closed when they’re uncomfortable with a new environment, but all the guys we brought in — they just seem like they’re willing and they’re open and they’re ready to go.”

Yeah, after reading it a few times, I think he realized he said what he said and had a quick moment of transition.

I'm not too concerned about PM2 throwing INTs in camp. If he doesn't learn from those mistakes, then we have a problem.

Mahomes never had an issue with ints at Tech. His ratio was excellent. I know he's in the NFL now but he's not dumb. He knows what ints do to your W/L column

For anyone concerned with Mahomes INTs in camp. But at the end of the day, I think we know Mahomes is going to throw his fair share of interceptions.

He's going to throw some stupid INTs. Some mind numbing, stupid ints. Oh well.

Yep. He also has the mentality and ability to do what it takes to overcome them.
