I am talking guys who are also trying to maintain their muscle mass. Catabolism of muscle mass is very over-rated as long as your protein is very high, so taking a drastic cut can speed up the process of leaning out. I've cut on 1500 calories a day.
210g protein x4 calories = 840 calories 60g fat x9 calories = 540 calories 25g carbs x 4 calories = 100 calories Total = 1480 calories. |
