Yeah, putting the calorie count on menus is a huge eye opener... noticed a dessert yesterday that was 1700 calories, which is a couple hundred more than my target when I'm trying to lose a few pounds.

I’ll eat sweet potatoes all the time but it’s just salt and pepper with some fake butter spray on it. I can’t brlieve it’s butter kind of substitute.
