I agree with both you and Lew. Lew's right I need the willpower but hiring a trainer will be a significant investment which sweetens the deal for losing weight.

So what's the plan though? You're just going to have a personal trainer the rest of your life?

No just to get me refocused.

Still on track. Won’t weigh for awhile but if I eat right, get some exercise the weight coming off will take care of itself. Having a kitchenette while traveling is a must for me. Allows me to fix some staples that have made me successful.

I haven’t had the Those little Krystal burgers in probably 25+ years. The walk wasn’t quite 4 miles so i walked up there and got 3 of those suckers. Tasted a lot better 25+ years ago. 400 calories wasted. Dammitt, live and learn.

Ended up going over my 500 calorie target by 300 calories yesterday. I had some shortages earlier in the week so I am still under target for the week and had another new low on the scales this morning. My average weight was down another .3 lbs to 212.9.

I am trying to get ready for my son's graduation next weekend. We are going to have a houseful of people so I have a lot of projects to do this weekend. I image I'll burn a decent amount of calories in the process.

I'm considering pescatarian - however this next week, I'm drinking one gallon of distilled water, two lemons and one orange squeezed into it.

One meal per day.

Not looking for advice here (at least with this particular plan), this is a trial run to see how it turns out.

Don't go cheap though. Take out a loan if you need to. It's important.

Work is starting to get busy. I may do a trial run of intermittent fasting where my eating window is from 6 PM - 9 PM.

The eating window thing works for some people but I found I just tried to cram as much food as possible during the window and then felt sick all night.

So - don't do that.
