basically in a nutshell Cassel can't keep up with the good QB's in the NFL that are able to orchestrate points for an offense.

Is Stanzi being a smart ass here? Any chance he doesn't care for Cassel? It appears as if Cassel just biffed on something and Stanzi is telling him "nice job" and doesn't necessarily appear upbeat after saying it.
