Hondo is easily the best new character created post-III.

What really blows my mind is how Hondo is voiced by the same guy who voiced Don Carnage in Talespin.

While I think that's debatable, Hondo is awesome.

Ahsoka's journey is far from over. If she follows Anakin/Vader to the Dark Side, holy crap, the possibilities are endless.

He re-did his lightsaber. No more saber/blaster.

Seems like a downgrade since he's used it a number of times to get out of a jam.

Looks like he's gotten strongah in the force; no need for gimmicks.

The whole idea behind the old saber was that he wasn't able to consistently deflect blaster bolts, so he gave himself another defensive option with the stunner. Doesn't appear to need that anymore.

How can Vader and the Emperor not know of his increasing power in the Force?

He's certainly much stronger than Luke, pretty much at any point in the OT.

The Emperor hid his presence literally standing in front of Yoda and the rest of the Jedi council.

Yeah but that's because the shroud of the Dark Side had so overtaken the galaxy that even Yoda didn't want to tell the Senate that the Jedi's connection to the Force had nearly diminished.
